The hub assemblies can be found from rockauto.com, and others. One place I went to was gyrhead.com. They may have had multiple choices. In the end, I went with the ford part because it was very close in price, and I needed it fast.
You may get the best price from Mrzee on this forum at team ford in Arizona. I am not sure what it will cost you to import it, though. I paid $98 USD back in 2002, got a great deal. This year, I paid $128 USD for the same part, no more buddy in the parts dept at the LM dealership. I recall the street prices for these parts at very close to the same $120-$130 range, so see what works best for you. And be prepared for a fun job.

An 03-05 front hub/brg assy is a 5W4Z-1104-BA and has a list of 145.40 and a LVC cost of $104.69 plus frt and you pay the duty/tarrifs on your end in Canada.

If money is no problem Ill ship it anywhere in the world!!
I guess the 00-02 finally changes to the 03-05 so the price is the same. I do not see why ups would not deliver to there own store. I assume you have a box there. All I need is your shipping and billing info and I will be able to ship one or two out to you on monday after the holiday unless it is sent next day air, then it will ship friday.
