Found this on the floor while cleaning the wifes LS. What the eff is it? I can't seem to find anywhere for it to go.

I was hoping it wasn't for that! Does anyone know if Max from Fivestar can get these?? I'm worried about running the car with a screw from the capacitor missing!!:runaway::lol:

Where in the car did you find it (front, rear, driver, passenger)? It looks pretty small but the shaft looks large (no homo). Perhaps it came off the seat somewhere? also check the doorjambs. I knocked a screw cover off the doorjamb the other day... It didn't look like that, but maybe that is just another thing the Lincoln people eliminated to save cost/weight.
They look pretty cool though.
One final thought... may have come from the driver side under the steering wheel. There are some push pins there on my LS that hold on the kneeplate (don't know what else to call it). They look similar but without the star.

I dunno. Can't tell how big that thing is. Almost looks like the star emblem in my Gen2's steering wheel cover. Can you like hold a quarter next to it or something?
Some guesses:
- Lighter applique
- Snap pin for the cargo net
Since it's got the logo on it and it's painted it is obviously visible wherever it goes. I would start looking around the interior and see if it has a twin somewhere. Chances are it has a right and left side spot.

I'll get a picture with a quarter or dime as soon as I can. I found it under the driver seat. I know that doesn't help much but you guys have some good ideas so I'll have to investigate them.

It's made of black plastic, don't know if I mentioned that or not.
