I have a '90 Town Car and I recently just fixed the front end. While doing this I took off the passenger's fender which had the starter relay, negative grounding, and etc. attached to it. I also took the battery off as well.
Now that I've put it back together and turn the key everything comes on but it wont crank at all. The battery is fine according to my porta jump.
The next thing i can think of is the relay that was connected to the fender. Could it have shorted out for some reason just during the body work?
If the relay isnt bad all i can think of is that there is a bad grounding connection somewhere.
