Weird vibration

Hey guys, i've noticed this for a while now, but thought maybe someone could help me.

2000 LS V8

When cruising at a normal speed (45-65mph) and speed up just a little (a small press on the accelerator), my pedal seems to either make a vibrating/grinding feeling. Just in the pedal, nothing audible. It also seems to do this when i don't have the cruise set, and manually keep the car at the speed limit.

Is this a normal feeling for this car? I only had pontiacs before this, and never really noticed it with them.

mine does that, but barely noticable to the point that I just wrote it off as a quirk, it doesnt have any performance downsides as of yet.. its almost as if it cant decide what gear it wants, 3 or 4...
