If you clicked too far into the email, go to malwarebytes.org and download the free version of malwarebytes, install it, click the update tab and grab the latest updates and then run a quick scan.
That will clean any virus/malware that might have infected your computer.

Yeah, who the F**k is Joanydavis? My dumb ass replied to the admin on here and want to know what's up. I use Malabytes, Avira, Windows defender and Regtool to keep this crap off my computer. I'd like to show up to the as****e's house who's doing this. F**K all hackers- death to them!
