Nope. You want 4.25" bolt pattern. The offset usually should be higher to, but with only 7.5 wide it would probably fly but without the right bolt pattern doesn't matter any how.

I have 40mm offset Voxx wheels. As the stock is 60mm, I wouldn't go less than 45mm. The 33mm will definitely look like "outriggers".

Offset is relative to rim width. 7.5" with 33mm will stick out less than 8.5" with 45mm (which I have with no issues) cause 12mm is less than a 1/2" by a smidge. You could run 0 offset with a wheel 6" wide, not that you would. The problem is the bolt pattern NOT the offset.

Offset alone doesn't make it fit.

Actually, offset is independent of rim width. Offset is a measure of how far the mating surface of the wheel is off the centerline of the rim.

That said, a 7.5" wide wheel with a 33mm offset is not going to stick out the same as a 9" wide wheel with a 33mm offset simply because the 9" rim is wider. And unless you're willing to redrill the stud holes, the bolt pattern is wrong, so it won't fit, regardless of the offset.

We are trying to make the same point, I know exactly what offset to rim width is. The problem is the bolt pattern in this case.

The 7.5" width with a 33mm offset is not the issue. Guys trying to run 30-36mm offsets have issues with 8.5" widths. The few who tried the 9.5" width just didn't have a prayer with out a big hammer.
