So far now i have received that custom box from tyler of custom enclosures on ebay and it has worked out perfectly. Also i am in the process of trying to get the cutout pipes welded in for the electric cutouts. I have done all the wiring for switches and switch mounts and they all work...thank god. but hopefully by the end of this week i will have those in. im just trying to call around and get the best pricing. i think im going to put polyfil in the box to but i dont know. Also the pic of the tray is for TRU.

Here are some pics...

Looks real good. I might have to get one of those enclosures when I get an aftermarket radio

That fits good and you stil have all that space. How does it sound? It wasn't too small for those subs? I like whre you installed the switched, stealthy. What is the polyfill for?

the pioneers are ws-303r 12"...i think thats what there called. there beginner shet tho but there ok.

The polyfil is supposed make your box sound bigger than it is, but it has mixed reviews i was going to see if it makes a difference. The box has .94 per chamber so its perfect for the subs and sounds real tight.

dam my boys got the Pioneer TS-W3002D4 hes looking to sell them i might buy em. and that trick with the polyfill i heard the same stuff about it dont know anyone who has tried though if you do fill it up make sure ya tell us how it came out

did you get the box off ebay i am just about to order the same thing to do in my car i have a system in there already but the only thing i found was the amps get to hot there on the seats and cut out you have to put a fan of some sort to cool them

ya i usually just role with one of my backseats down and no problems so far. i have run my amp pretty hard with the backseats up and have had no problem. and ya its the one of ebay.

Be careful if you are running anything with some good power. I believe the front of that is only 1/2" material.

enclosure looks nice. i don't think that would work for a 15" L7 Kicker, it needs a lot more room than that to really hit. it does like sleek and you do not really sacrifice trunk space. it's a PITA removing all my crap to get to the spare. also, i see you have Fat Mat, i honestly think it's just as good as Dynamat and much cheaper. also, you can buy the Dynamat mats that go inside the box instead of the poly, it works much better. i can't wait to hear a vid clip of the cutouts though. great work!
