So I think ended up buying an 02 LS V8 I found here in the for sale forum. Thanks to the advice of some of you its nearing completion. I knew it had issues when I bought it and so far I've replace all 8 coils wiry Visteons wnd new plugs and valve covers. Tore the Sunroof out last night to install my Sunroof Doctor repair kit. Waiting in sway bar end links(had a clunk in the front and found one came apart ) and a power steering line. ...one war bent and when I tweaked it back it started leaking. Then its down to cleaning it real good and having the body shop touch up a few blems in the paint. ....pics to come when she's clean and drivable.

Hey, how did that work out with the Sunroof Doctor repair kit ?

I'm still awaiting my parts ... you the same guy on a different thread,
I recommended Sunroof Doctor to ?

any complications, any heads-up on replacing the entire assemblies ?

Does it recommend greasing anything ?

Make sure you use automatic transmission fluid, MERCON, in your power steering when replacing hose.

The Sunroof wasn't terrible. Take your time with the headlined as it is velcroed up. The kit is easy. Drop the assembly out of the car, drill a few rivets to remove the plastic pieces at the back of the channels and slide the old parts out. Then go in reverse. Rivets are supplied. Awesome kit I recommend it and thanks for the link.
