Does anyone know the size of the replacement bulb for the light that lights the letters on the transmission.

Also, I want to know if there is an LED replacement to it.

There is usually an LED replacement for anything. I think it may be a 192, I think. just take it out and go to the parts store and match it up, its not a special bulb.
