Is it possable to put a man. trans. in the first gen v8 ls?

to my knowledge it has not been and would not be an easy project. This is a hardware and software problem.

Anything is possible with mucho moolah. Other than that, not so much.

Software is solvable...The hardware is what is the problem. Such various things as bellhousing fitment, flywheel fitment, location of starter compared to 3.9 engine block are some I can name off the bat. One good thing is that you could probably swap a pedal assembly from a manual trans V6 LS at least. Not an easy job.
