Torque converter lockup don't work !

Hello, the lockup of the converter of my Mark 94 does not lock itself any more. Anybody could indicate me the causes? I am in France and nobody can diagnose my car. Thank you for your help!

check the fluid level.

could be a check ball, tcc solenoid or the converter itself.

What about something like the brake switch?
