Just noticed that my gas pedal does not rest completely against the fire wall, meaning it has some play in it, is there any kind of way to adjust the cable to take up the slack. It's a 2002 ls v8
Seen a video on YouTube where a guy used zip ties to take up the extra slack from a stretched throttle cable, as to bring the part you rest your foot on upward towards the driver.
And i know some cars come equipped with a throttle cable adjust up near the throttle body. Do the ls have the same feature.
If it does what is the correct way to adjust it up near the throttle body.
Thanks in advance.
