Tail Light issues

So having a bizarre issue, my passenger side tail light keeps blowing. This is the far right bulb. I do have a small crack in the bottom of the housing, but the inner passenger housing it mualed and does not have this issue. Most of the time it goes out, it is a milky dark color. A couple times it has actually had broken glass.

Any clues what may cause this or is it probably moisture then when it gets hot it boils it?

My first thought was moisture but as I mentioned the inner lens has many many cracks and never had this issue with the smaller bulb. Although it may not get anywhere near as hot...

I would think it would be water splashing on the bulb when it is hot.

^ that, or greasy, oily fingers putting the new bulbs in.
