My suspension is Tokico Blues up front, Bilsteins at the rear and Vogland 1" drop springs. At the moment I am trying to get everything I need for the rear.

I ordered (2) isolators here:
http://www.energysuspensionparts.com/proddetail.asp?prod=61709

So, I need these questions answered:

1)What is the best shock mounts to get for the Tokicos up front?

2)In the rear, how many spring perches do I really need to keep proper height? What are my options there besides dishing out over $300 for perches(4 of them) or can I just use 2 lower perches? I want to do it right, so if I have to pay to play, I will.

3)I'm looking at a set of Bilsteins with the washers and bushings on the studs. So then will I need just a basic set of upper shock mounts or do I need to get ones with bushings?

4)I'm a noob at this, so pardon me! ;)

I used 2 sets of the isolators (1 on top and bottom of each coil) and 1 set of the upper metal perches..

As for the height i'd think it would be fine, . I have the lowered aas kit and the ass was saggy due to worn/soft isolators, rear height was about 25 5/8's-26". After the new prothanes the rear is sitting 26 5/8's and 27"~. Just about a finger or a lil more worth of gap between tire/wheel well. Front's were both 26" fwiw.

Just my .02

Ok, chit. Can you check my link above. It is confusing because it says quantity "1" in the box by default and the picture shows two isolators. So I put in a quantity of "2" and ordered them up. Will I be getting 2 sets or just 2 isolators?

And thanks SBCaprice!! Other than my confusion as stated above, I think I got the rest now. So where are my options for ordering spring perches? I know DLF has them, but are there any cheaper options out there? And exactly how do you install the upper perches?

Again, thanks. :)

1. OEM, but KYB makes decent upper mounts (SM5187) and lower isolators (SM5465) for the front springs.

2. Well, you'll definitely need some upper perches, since the Mark VIII body doesn't have any. If you're using Thunderbird springs, then you'll need 2 sets of Prothane 6-1709 isolators (which I see that you've already ordered). Whether or not you choose to use lower perches to center the springs is up to you, I don't like to do things half-assed.

3. Your best bet is the stainless mount kit that I designed and that Jay still sells.

4. Sorry, the Governor isn't going to call. :p

There are 2 isolators per order. So if you ordered 2 set's @ $17ea you'll have 4 total.

I was confused too when I ordered them. (Thank's DLF ;) )

Thanks DLF. I ordered the KYB mounts and isolators. The mounts look nice and heavy duty. :)

Ahhhh, now I can breathe easier. Just need to order up the Vogland springs and the Bilsteins and it's time to put er up in the air.

You've already got upper perches for the rear?
