well to my standards i would say they are shot but there is no metal showing and the middles of the tires are good, I love to take corners in my ls
now as far as shipping goes i was just gonna go to the post office and see what i have to do cuz I never have shipped anything before so I dont know if there is an easier way if there is let me know lol

You can ship through fedex, ups or USPS(post office). I like fedex better because of their tracking, they update your package every step of the way and they've never lost anything of mine.I heard USPS loses a lot of stuff and just tells you if it's delivered or not.My grilfriend bought books once from they were shipped through the post office, the tracking said delivered but no package ever arrived. UPS tells you when it will arrive but not where it's at at all times.

its by weight right? so how do i figure how much they weigh
Both weight and package size.
put the rim on a scale. I forgot how big the rim boxes are, something like 20x20x12 I think. Use the boxes dimensions and the rims weight in the get a shipping quote page.You'll also need atleast the destination zip code to get the quote.
