Stinky Acceleration...

So I've noticed this for awhile... mainly on the highway... when I put it down it accelerates alright... but it smells... like eggs and baby diapers... I'm sure it's a catalytic converter... my ??'s are one... is it?... and if so... can I just take it out?... I see a lot of people delete the third cat anyways... is that the first one?... if so what would I need to do to do that?... I have a welder friend that said he'd hook me up if I needed something welded... could i just throw a piece of good pipe in there instead?...

Yup, its the cat, how many cats do our cars have? Which is the one causing the problems?

We have three cats, and i don't think you can blame just one of them for making the smell.

I would say it might be the o2 sensors or another issue causing the cats to produce that odor.
