steering wheel removal

I am trying to swap steering wheels on my '01. After taking the airbag off, I see there are no holes to mount puller bolts. There doesn't seem to be any places for a regular jawed puller to grab the wheel because they are too big. The thin jawed pullers look weak. What can be used? Thanks in advance.

Hook a tie strap on the head rest and straight to the center of the wheel put a little bit a pressure on it give'er a tap and bingo bango no more wheel
