Star NGS tester cable pinout

I've got Ford EEC-IV NGS Star Tester and its connecting harness cable that goes to vechicle diagnostic connector has been damaged at the tester side of the cable, several wires were cut.

Does anyone have a tester side connector pinout description for this cable?
