Since I've been able to remove the door panels, I was wondering if anybody has used the noise reduction spray. They sell 2 different types on Amazon (only place on the net I can find it). Is it worth the effort ? T.I.A.

depends on the sound your trying to reduce?... spray would be difficult without a barrier put up... If you are looking to reduce road noise... need to start under the carpet

Most people look at using Dyna Mat for their speaker applications. If you are just trying to reduce noise from the road I would do what G-Rell said and start with under the carpet and move on to the door seals.

Seeing the grey plastic sound proofing on the doors I thought spraying the inside of the panels would be a fairly easy upgrade. Do you think this is a waste of time without doing the floor? I am trying to reduce road noise. I'll probablly give it a shot,the spray is cheap enough.

You can always try it. Just make sure you don't spray any components like your window regulator or cables. It might make it harder to get to them when something goes wrong.
What kind of spray is it? Links?

I've used it
I used it on my old ford LTD, undercoating spray, sprayed the wheel wells, reduced the noise. Most noise comes from your tires. Find a tread pattern that blocks the channels coming from the center of the tire, as this is were noise is generated.

If you are going the dampening/sound barrier route, I can't recommend Second Skin Audio enough. EXCELLENT product, and great pricing. I bought a bulk pack of Damplifier Pro for my trunk. It is WAY better than Dynamat Extreme (which is what had used in the past) and cheaper.
If you are looking at the liquid type products, try their Spectrum or Spectrum sludge. I hear the Luxury Liner Pro is amazing too.

Boom Mat. I just read some reviews on amazon about Dyna Mat and somebody said they had good result spraying the inside of the door panels with a 3m ruberized undercoating. May do the panels and spare tire well with this. Can't find it local so far. Sounds like a good weekend job

Undercoating spray is not the same thing. That is old school rubberized undercoating meant to prevent rust and it didn't do a good job at that. I'm sure it helped to som degree but the newer stuff is designed for sound deadening in mind. There is also thermal barrier spray as well. I have no experiance with either though so I won't comment on how well they work.
