Okay well since I finally got a break for using my car i decided to pull apart the back seat to fix my hissing noise from the speakers. This is what i have so far. The hissing is present if the car is on acc. so the amps turn on. Hissing present when car is on. If I unplug the RCA wires from amp(input) the hissing is still present. I have tried three different places for ground with all yielding the same result. The rca cables pass from the left side of the car while the power passes from the right side. Tired doing my research but only found problems for if the car was on(alternator noise). Also replaced the speaker wires. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Check the ground at the battery. I had this problem with my 97. the secondry wire on the battery ground was loose. the factory ground post connector sucks.
