Ok so everything i reach in the backseat while im in the driver seat, or lean back to grab my wallet out of my back pocket the plastic piece on the back of the seat will pop off is there anything i can to fix it, Like i pop in almost everyday and keeps doing it .

Search.... there is a wright-up somewhere on how to fix it. Basically the tabs broke on the back.

My 06 was doing this too. However, the tabs at the top weren't broken, they just weren't holding on good enough. I put some Gorilla Glue on the tabs, and some far no more problems. It should still be possible to get the panel off if seat work is ever needed.

My '06 had this problem after the seat climate control unit was replaced, but the guys in the Lincoln service department fixed it under warranty, so I don't know what they did.
