So today I'm sitting in my LS, its 80F in the sun, playing the radio, detailing the car, etc, etc. My battery is OEM 4 years old. So I try to start the car, the dials go wild, jumping all over and the engine will not turn over. YEah ok, the battery doesn't have enough juice, so I get a jump from another car, less than 10 seconds juice and it starts like new. Hmmm, ok, so I let it run in idle for 45 minutes to charge the battery, so far so good, works like a charm, turn it off and then starts right up. But wait, I begin driving down the road and the overhead lights both come on over the driver and won't turn off. WTF? After several minutes of driving they turn off! WTF! twenty minutes later the rear overhead light comes on! WTF! I reach back and turn it off. Having a weak battery such causes some weird stuff to happen in this car. Love the car hate the guys who designed the guts.
