After 4 years of ownership I have sold the 00 LS a couple days ago. One way I was sad to see it go because it is a car I always wanted since they came out and it was a very fun and pleasurable car to drive. But at the same time I was glad to sell it and be done with the little problems and before it depreciates to nothing.

I think we are losing an LS owner about once every two weeks or so.:p

don't worry, we always have lost people at an even rate, but there is always a influx of noobs and rookies to teach how to search that will keep us strong

the cool ones will still stick around even after they trade up for something faster, wait i mean bigger:shifty:

see even as we speak there is a brand new guy that is just screaming for somebody to teach him how the search works

LS TO ODYSSEY!?!??!

This might be thee most crazy that ive seen go down on this site in my longtime of being a member.

Is it as crazy as using some one else's meet picture for your sig?:D

Oh good. I'm not the only one that thought that was pretty strange. :D

Yes a honda odyssey! I bought the LS for the wife to drive when we had our first kid and to get rid of her pile of crap toyota 4runner (I hated that thing with a passion!). The LS was great until we had 3 kids and there was not enough room.

I've always had honda cars for daily driving myself and racing. They use hardly any gas and almost never have any problems. So naturally when I was looking for something bigger to haul around the family I looked for a honda. I originally wanted to get a suv type vehicle but they still had the same seat space as the LS. The only suv's with more seat space were huge land yachts like the suburban and excursion. The mini van was the only logical choice for seat space and a smaller vehicle.

Sure they have no bling status but they are quite nice to drive and work very well for loading/unloading and hauling the family around.

On a side note I think my honda mini van is faster than the LS.

This summer when I was out by myself a BMW something or other pulled up next to me at a red light. About 200 feet from this light the road goes from 3 lanes down to 1 and it is a known place to try and get ahead of other cars. I could tell this guy was going to try to get ahead of me in my mini van. When he pulled up to the light in his convertible he laughed a bit and said something to his prissy wife sitting in the passenger seat. Than he started to watch the opposing light waiting for it to change to red and give us the green.

I knew that my v6 VTEC 240hp mini van got up and went decent so I figured this should be interesting anyhow.

The light turned green and I rolled into the throttle just a bit to see what the bmw guy was going to do. He started out a little hot on the throttle and noticed he wasn't pulling on me like he figured. Within 20 feet he noticed I wasn't gonna let him have my lane easy so he planted it and I noticed a little concern in his wifes face. lol About the same instant I also planted my foot down. Very much to my surprise I started to pull on the bmw. Not allot and not fast but I was inching up on the bmw. I was at his back bumper when I floored it and at the end of the 200ish feet where the lanes go down to 1 I was dead even with the bmw. He than had to swallow his pride, let off, and fall in line behind me in my all mighty mini van. I watched in my mirror and noticed his wife was laughing a bit. He didn't look like he shared her enthusiasm. At the next stop sign about two blocks up I went strait and he turned to the right behind me. I noticed that he either waved or flipped me off when he made the corner, I am unsure which it was.

Moral of the story is, if your out cruising around in your bmw don't try to impress your wife by racing any mini vans because you might get spanked. LOL

Wow. That wife should B*** slap her husband for loosing to a minivan.lol.
