This is a silly question. Is the left bolster on the drivers seat supposed to be noticeably bigger then the right once installed? It's happened on all the combinations i've done. First I thought is was cause the original was old and worn, then I put in a lower mile seat back and frame and it still did it and blamed it on seperated foam. Then I repaired my orginal back foam and guess what... Yup, the same.

With the foam off it appears bigger than the right side. But why? I prob just answered my own question but figured that perhaps the seat frame had a little curvature to make up for the size difference.

It's really annoying. The only thing I can think of to make them even is to shave the left bolster.

Normal. Even my Benz is that way. It just to make getting in and out easier I think. Wait til you put a straight edge on your steering wheel. I bet its actually tilted a bit towards the door.

It's bigger on the left side, not the right.

Damn! Stupid speed reading....

Well then I have no clue, that is odd.

If your steering wheel is tilted..find someone that actually knows what they're doing when having the alignment done

Thats not at all what I meant, but okay. Apparently they adjust the shaft angles when they do alignments now.

Where on your steering wheel are you suggesting? The shaft angle or the "center" as looking at the air bag?
