I have a 2002 Lincoln LSE. My seatbelt minder stopped working just out of the blue. I know that most people would love this to happen, LOL. But I actually like mine, I live in Kentucky and a seat belt ticket cost 35 dollars plus court cost, so if your lucky, you walk out of court room owing then about 150 dollars. Does anyone know if their is a fuse that controls this device? I have looked thru my owners manual and every where online I can think of, except for taking it to the dealer, which is my last option, can anyone help me? Direct me in the right way to find and change this fuse or whatever has happened to it. Everything else works, the seatbelt light and all, just don't buzzzzzzzzz anymore!!!!

There is no fuse for this (that wouldn't take out a bunch of other stuff.)
Do any other chime sounds work? (Do you get a chime or tone when you open each door, for example)?
If the other sounds work, someone has disabled the minder feature as per the owner's manual. Just follow the same procedure to re-enable it.

Joegr, I get normal door chimes just like before, no problems with any other chimes. To my knowledge no one has disabled the minder, lol I have my manual right in front of me opened to that page. I thought I might just try for the heck of it to see if it works. I will disable it and enable it back. Thanks for the help, I will try using the steps in manual.
