So I moved the nozzle down on the intake tube and was set for the track. Too bad I didn't realize how low I was on nitrous. It would not get over 800psi so I think it was more like a 75-80 shot at the wheels, the car didn't hook it did a terrible 2.25 60 foot time and I sprayed as soon as I hit 2nd gear just to be safe. It did a 13.61 at 105.2mph. 2nd run it felt like it was running on fumes of nitrous and it did a 13.81 at 100.5mph with a 2.2 60 foot time. Overall i'm pretty happy as I usually get 2.0-2.1 60 foot times and on a full 1000psi 100 shot at the wheels spraying in 1st gear I'm sure it will run better...

Not bad gains with the setup at the time. Get the bottle filled and try again. I would have thought you would have gone faster with the 100 shot. Thats what my 125 shot is jetted at. I thought you got the toyo drag radials whats up with the tire spin? Does the track prep the lanes??? You may want to try deleting the irma's. It might help you get the car rolling for that split second before your over 3200 RPM. I'm set on that no way I would go back. With your gears it cannt take that much performance. Is there any situation on the road that it would hurt the acc. You must roast the tires on the public roads Either way you should be able to. Good luck

I have no idea why the car didn't hook up yesterday, I did good, smokey burnouts... I was getting 2.2 60 foot times with no gears and trac-loc it's embarassing how slow it was off the line yesterday. I'm usually in the 2.0-2.1 range! This was also on the nitrous tune with 1.1 global fuel like you suggested and 6000rpm shifts. It wasn't a 100 shot because the pressure was around 800psi, it was probably around 80 at the wheels the first run. I need a torque converter and shift kit bad! Remember every tenth in the 60 foot time is 2 tenths in the 1/4. So if I would have got a 2.0 on my first run it was have ran a 13.2 on an 80 shot, spraying starting in 2nd gear and shifting conservatively right after 6000...

Yeah not bad but there should be a lot more there. I would think close to 13.2-13 is where it should be with that nitrous jet. You get the converter and theres .4-.5 off of that. Thats moving.

Also keep in mind when I recommended the 1.1 global fuel I am running the dry kit. I also raised the fuel trim in the high rpm's. I think its .4. Look at the plugs to check. It seams like it leans out still at the top last little bit before shifts. I'm now lowering the shift point like you already have.

Yea, I don't know it runs and feels good with the new nitrous tune. I'll get it on the dyno within the next couple weeks. I won't be able to get back to the track anytime soon as I'm gonna be working on Wed nights...
