This is a SCT chip and an EEC from my 1993 Mark VIII. The Code for the EEC is W3Z3. The chip is setup to work with PCMs with this code.
The programming was done by Tori at fastpartsnetwork a few years ago. The chip will not come with a switch so unless you have your own switch, it will use the tune for normal driving which required 91 octane or higher fuel. The 4th gear upshift was raised to around 40 (it's been a few years and I don't remember all the specifics).
There are 3 other tunes:
2. Regular gas
3. Rev limited to 15 or 25 mph (I don't remember which)
4. No Start
