Can someone please tell me what is the code reader that will help me with my advance track I've seen several threads about a Ford scanner that can read and calibrate it

The dealer is your best bet. If you buy a package that has an extended Ford capability, then it may be able to access codes from the other subsystems. It would not be able to actually impact those systems, such as doing a recalibration. You know you found the right stuff if it's an extra $100 - $150 just for the Ford capability in addition to the baseline software and interface unit.
I'll defer to Joe for more useful details.

I have Auto Enginuity (Ford bundle).

It will certainly read all codes and sensors, but I don't think it will do the calibration you need. (The tool does do more than read codes. It can program new keys, start self-tests, clear memories, calibrate seats, and so on.)

They do add new features and abilities every so often, so they may have added this since the last time I updated.
