Rough idle (video included)

So I am having a weird issue where my car sounds like it is jumping while it is idling, it starts fine and runs fine its just during idle it sounds like it is chugging. RPM's dont move up and down just stays the same but none the less the engine chugs. Sometimes during acceleration(and a bit before the chugging when stopped) I hear like a whistling sound, almost like it is coming from the air tube going into the engine. Any ideas what this might be? I remember in my old Passat a dirty air filter caused similar symptoms. But I also did my fuel pump about a month ago, someone said I prob should have done the relay too. But still any ideas where to start?

The video is way to bad to pull any info from... Im dizzy just watching it !!! could be a leak in your intake system... But a rough idle (small non the less) could still relate back to poor ignition...

Sorry, I know its not a great vid, I was in a hurry. Can you explain in detail what you mean by intake, and poor ignition are you implying the coils? I will say that I've had some issues with my fuel pump and filter prior to this, so I was almost wondering if my filter had re-clogged.
