revs down slow

My 94 is doing this wierd thing.....if i'm sitting there and I rev it up it comes down SLOW.......like if i were to rev it to 4000rpm, as soon as I let off it comes down nice till about 2000 rpm, them revs down really slow....anyone have this???

Probably not as slow as 'usual' .

OK, my opinion is that it's the IAC, but could be the TPS.

I just did both, based on my belief of a bad TPS. Mine jumped up to 4k on startup, then held 2500 - wouldn't go below that.

And since it's a real cock of a spot to put things to get them in+out, once it was all apart - both got done.
