I have been putting off replacing my tie rod ends for a while now and I need to fix it this weekend, I was wondering how hard it is to replace the tie rod ends both inner and outer. I know the outer is not that hard to replace but the inner tie rod look a bit more trickery just wanted to know how hard it really is. To pay a shop to do it it would be about 120 dollars.thanks

If you're confident enough to do the outers, you shouldn't have much trouble doing the inners as well.

It's really fairly simple and self-explanatory when you're looking at the part.

Just need a 'pickle fork' or tie rod removal tool to pop them off, other than that pretty straight foward - upper and lower ball joints are a different story.

You may need to get an alignment afterwards.

Definitely get an alignment when you're done.
It's required. You'll never get it exactly right just counting the threads.
