replacing 3.5'' speakers

I want the replace my 3.5'' speakers in the center console.

How do I get them out. I looks like it might be a pain in the a**.

I am guessing that you can not just pop off the speaker grill.

Just Pop Off The Speaker Grill.

yessir, all u gotta do is pop that grill off (4 clips holding it in) and then you need a little star key to take the speaker out...
