Replacement radio for 2004 LS?

I have a standard radio with the 6 CD changer built into the dash. Works well but I am in Europe and radio stations here use different frequencies from the US. In particular the frequency changes in steps of 0.2 - like 97.1, 97.3 and so on. Unfortunately a lot of staions here use even number frequencies - like 94.6 - which I cannot get.

I'd like to keep the CD changer in the dash. Can anyone suggest a suitable replacement?
