Replacement Part? - Elbow tube

I need to replace the PCV elbow tube for the second time. I bought the replacement from Ford but I don't want to make that mistake again.

I would like something more durable, so what are my best options? I have 01 V6 w/ 175K mi

Dealer. You can try a place like NAPA but I'd put money they don't even list it.

The next option is to make something custom. Given it's just an elbow, I would hope something could be cobbled together from the plumbing department at your favorite home improvement store. Or go all out and use some AN plumbing.
