Replaced my alternator... now i get this annoying clicking noise. HELP

My alternator died on the way to work this morning, so I had a buddy haul it home with his gooseneck trailer, Well I go up and get a new alternator (2nd Gen Alt), two new pullies, and a belt, along with getting my battery charged, and I come home and put it all in, and whenever I turn the key forward in the on-run postion, I get a loud annoying click from behind the dash!!

Is there anything air ride related back there? before we jumped it off my buddies truck we tried to just use a battery charger to pump the front bags up, that was taking forever, so we jumped it, so I'm not sure if I made a relay mad or something, but it clicks forever and is very annoying. I turned off the air ride switch and turned the key over, and it still does it.

I will fiddle with the heater controls and see if that is the problem, but its driving me bonkers!!

Anyone else had that same experience?

mine was doing that, turned out i needed a new battery. it had a dead cell. and there was corrosion(spelling?) on my terminals.
i would just check all the wiring related to the charging system. make sure everything is grounded and conected properly.
