removing dash panels for stereo

I haven't seen any good pics of the dash panels being removed (where to insert pick tool and how to apply force and how much force to apply....etc).

I don't want to damage the a/c vent or ashtray bezel. is this easy or hard and closeup pics of the clip locations and on the bezel would be helpful.

always a bit scary doing something for the first time....I got the panels off without breaking something! now the tedious part....wiring in the stereo and the swi-ps!

Thank goodness the swi-ps is a 1 wire hook uo to the factory harness in our cars!
