Relay #1 under hood

I have blown relay #1 under my hood playing with my lights and I have all kinds of stuff acting weird. My power is lost quickly and needs a jump but the weirdest thing is that my electronics go nuts. My lights flash from on to dim at diferent times then I have nothing at all left for juice.

Does this sound like its common or could there be more wrong with my car? I have removed the relay last night and jumped the car. I went out there this morning and it still ran I checked other relays and I lost all power again but relay #1 had vissible damage, the top had a hole blown in it and the other relays and fuses in that box and in my pasenger seat side box are all ok.

Could some have blown out in my trunk?

Another question I have is, can this relay be found pretty easy like say at Autozone or Advanced?

Anyone?

I have replaced the relay and I got the car to run, I moved the car out of the spot it was in to the typical spot that I put it in and I noticed that when the timer shut down the rear lights stayed on.

I went out to see what was wrong and it was dead again. I jumped it another time and all I got was this tick,tick,tick,tick, in rapid fire from under the hood, the sound was loud and fast, tick,tick,tick. After this I haed no power from the battery again.

Anyone have any clue? Could it be a bad harness for my headlights? I had put in the stage 2 lights rated at 100 watts for only a few minutes thinking nothing would do any harm till I got the heavy dutty conectors but it was only for just one round. I turned on the car looked at them and shut the car off.

I realy need help if someone knows whats the problem.

Ok so I found another ticking and it was #3. I rmoved 3 and found in the manual that 4 is not used so I figgured I would use that one. Well I use 4 and I get no fluid comeing out of my washer????? I put the bad one from 3 in 4 and everything is perfect.

Is there anything else that I should be looking for??


I just went over qucikly on a nother thread about this and it seems like its happening to a few people at the same time, aint that somethin how so many things happen to us all around the same time?
