Rear right axle shakes, what should I do?

I took the wheels off and jacked the rear up and put the car in drive. The right rear axle has a slight wabble to it which is noticable when I drive. I always thought my wheel was bent, but now I know its the axle. How sshould I replace this piece? from what I can tell, the whole thing is bent and not just the hub part. so do I need to replace all of #1? or what?

If it's bent there could be bearing damage as well, and its easier and cheaper to just replace the whole damn thing anyway. Trust me it is a Royal PITA to replace any one single part of a CV shaft, even the boots are a pain.
