hi i have a 2000 lincoln ls v8 sport and my rear passenger side was make a grinding/squeeking noise so my mechanic changed my rear hub bearing and one day later its doing the same thing. he's saying my axle is rubbing against my knuckle and now my knuckle is worn out. so the other day he loosened my axle and put grease between my hub and axle and it went away for a couple days. i just wanna know if anyone knows what could have caused this, and if i get a new knuckle will it fix the problem? also he didnt torque the axle nut down when he put the hub back on, he just used an impact. any info is appreciated i just need to know before i go spend alot of $ that i dont have....and the car only has 72k miles on it....
