rattle

so when driving about 45 to 50 mph or higher I have this obnoxious rattle coming from the front of my sun roof. Or at least thats the general area. It sounds like a bolt in a shaker. The faster I go the louder it gets, I think its the track maybe. Has any one had something like this happen, also it just started out of no where, one day quiet next day what the :q:q:q:q.

also its a 2002 v8 red with a little tear in the back leather and scratch on the front bumper, if you need any more info ask me lol

I've had to tighten the screws on the tracks in the past. It's a star bolt pattern I think, I tightened everything up so it was snug and the rattle went away. Sound is from the metal pieces slapping together.
