Hey everyone. I need to vent a little bit, I am pissed off about getting a crack in my windshield last night. There was a huge storm here is Scottsdale, Arizona and my car is now feeling the affects of it. It was raining and lightning like crazy, which was quite cool by the way, but then the wind really started to pick up. It started to blow the clay tiles off of the roof at my apartment complex and sure enough my car got tagged. It wasn’t a whole tile that hit it though, I am assuming that a piece went flying when the tile hit the ground and that little piece hit my windshield. It hit at the top, right in the center of the driver’s seat and it did more than just “star”. I guess that I am lucky though, since a bunch of the tiles were broken right in front of my car and you could see dents all over the top of the covered parking shade and one huge one right above where my hood is when my car is parked. Well it looks like I will be replacing my windshield here pretty soon. Does anyone know how much a windshield for an LS runs?
