Radio wont turn on

the other day i left my lights on for a few hours i come out to start my car and the batteries dead well when i finaly got my car started my radio wont turn on could this just be a fuse or is it something more serius?

same thing happened to me but my radio works ( i have the factory nav) its the touchscreen feature that doesnt work. im trying to figure it out now. i know if your drivers door panel isnt plugged in though it wont work.

Can some one please help this really sucks i hate driving without the radio... its the alpine 6 disc in dash it wont turn on at all and the lights wont even turn on so at night i have this dark naked space in my dash board and my lincoln exhaust is to danm quiet so its really anoying driving any where with nothing to listen too

Well if you think its a fuse have you tried checking the fuse?
