Bleeding directions mention a radiator drain plug. Does the gen I 3.9 have one? Where is it and how do I access it? Trying to make sure I follow the directions to a T. Thanks!

The drain plug is at the bottom, passenger side of the radiator. You don't have to remove it all the way. When you close it back, just put it back barely over hand tight. Otherwise, you will break it. (The tightness does not make the seal, it just keeps it from vibrating open.)

Thanks for the quick answer. Do I have to remove the plastic bolted to the bumper to get to it?

No. On gen II it is a white plastic hex head pointing straight down. I don't know if gen I is the same. There's a tube on the side of the radiator above it that you can connect a drain hose to, but you don't have to.

Anybody have a pic? I see what loos to be a rubber cap at the bottom corner facing down.
