Okay so my 1998 ford f250 is acting up a bit. It stumbles almost like a misfire at low Rpms then after like 3000rpm it's golden. I replaced fuel filter serviced my rear diff, and
Fuel injection system. I noticed a huge difference in power after all of that but it still stumbles especially After I've been driving for a While.

I suspect spark plugs but I hope to god it isn't, just because it's somewhat of a big job on the 5.4 Triton.

oh and say I'm going like 65mph and I flirt
It, it gets bad and if I keep flooring
It the check engine light starts flashing for like 45 seconds then goes away.

Any ideas?

You will need to check the fault codes to make any determination of what is wrong. Your truck is OBDII and a code reader is what you need to isolate which system is not working properly.
