Hitting the track this Wednesday if the weather permits. Anyone got any cheap (under $250) power secrets? Was thinking since Im at 55K I might change the fuel filter? Im gonna remove the cowl and my headlight when I get up there. Was thinking of putting slits into the coil covers on the bottom sides. Spare tire, jack and other useless stuff has come out already. Filter is gonna be re cleaned. Trans has new fluid, rear has new fluid, new oil and filter has been done. Anyone got anything else?

plugs? Won't make a difference if your's are still good, though it couldn't hurt.

Just spend the 400 and tune it! :p

Remove oil cap, back up car, pull Mark 8 under old oil cap, install cap, now go to the track. no, really run the tank a little low and then by fuel at the track.
:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Im not getting a tune until I do everything else first, I will not spend $50 each time I do a new mod to the car for a new tune, not to mention the wait. Plus I dont even know who can tune this thing, I need to start tuning it myself.. Mail order tunes are junk IMO..

Tuning software runs 349. Then a wideband 02 for more datalogging.

Then whatever the device price is.

But that's another conversation.

November. The girlfriend wants to visit her sis in ATL. Hmmmmmmmm......
