quick hd question

you'll need 9006 for low beam. 9145 for fogs

I dont care about fogs i dont use my fogs.... so 9006 low beam. What does low beam mean... when i turn the lights on it will be hid and when i turn them off they will be halogen?

your car is comes with TWO sets of headlights, their is the set of really bright headlights that you only use when there is no oncomming traffic because it will blind them, those are called high beams. then there is the other set that you use the rest of the time that are not so bright , those are called low beams. when you replace any set of bulbs with HID's, they are HID when on and off when off

Low beam = normal lighting
Hi Beam = When you pull the blinker towards you
Off = OFF

Not the best way to explain but hey I tried,:D

i'm sorry, but what don't you understand? it's pretty straight forward
 
Some how you are getting very confused.

If you go with this kit you are replacing the halogen for either the low beam 9006 or high beam 9005. If you turn the lights on you have HID lighting for what ever bulb it is and thats that. If you turn them off you are just turning the lights off.
 
Got it so get low beam because i never use my high beams unless im on the highway. So get low beam 9006 bulb size and im set?
