If I lower the Mark by messing with the sensors, will the ride quality be affected?

It might handle a little better; but if your bags aren't in great shape, you may be wearing them down. You may also affect other suspension components.

Yes. If you drop the height, ride quality will suffer a little.

agreed, Also the lower you go, the worse it will get. a couple inches is just fine i'd say though.

I agree,
You lower it and you will have a more firm ride because the suspension is traveling less up and down more like a vette, better on curves but sucks with bigger bumps.
With the old suspenison the cracks in the bags could start to leak because they ar ein a different position
But I like it, being an ex vette ( 1969 427 ) owner....

Just make sure you get an alignment afterwards............ it seems too many people don't think it's a necessity, then complain that their tires are shreds in a thousand miles. It toes the tires out as well as producing negative camber. You pretty much push your front tires down the road even after only a 2" drop. The cost of the alignment is a wise investment.
