Question: exhaust cutout/tip

I have an 02 Lincoln LS V8 with the dual catback magnaflow exhaust.

My bumper/exhaust ends UNDER the car like this:

I'm am currently shopping around to get bumper cut outs.
My question is what do I need to buy for the muffler to poke through, do I just need to buy muffler tips?

go to an exhaust shop (if you dont know exactly what your doing or dont think you can figure out where they'll end up) to mark up where the holes will go....cut the holes, then back to the shop to have them line it up perfectly.
