question about fog lamps

i was on tasca website and looked under 2006 lincoln ls. i am needing new fogs. i wasnt for sure if these were the right ones. i called and was quoted a price higher than what the website is showing. can someone on here tell me if i selected the right ones on the webpage? im assuming item #1 with sport package for online price of $34.62 is the correct fog lamp. but when i called i was quoted $55.08 for the fog lamps.

I guess my first question is did you ask them why such a price discrepancy? Even that amount is or just for ordering online. If you did not, definitely should be making another call for clarification. Now here is the interesting part, when I spoke to the dealership last week for assistance with my bumper conversion, I learned(and saw) that in their computers there is a sport package and a sport plus package listed(with different parts numbers).

Now before anyone gets in an uproar over what I just said, I am merely just relaying how things were listed in the dealer system as of last Monday.
 
Order the $34 item, one per side.

My only guess is that the more expensive is the newer style, and the cheaper one is the older style. The bulbs changed from H8 to H11.

You say the bulbs changed from H8 to h11, but will they both fit the fog light housing? I'm looking to buy hid fog lights only problem is I have an 02, i'm converting the front bumper to the 2006 so i'm unsure what conversion harness to buy, and what hiD kit to buy.
 
If you buy 06(literally) fog lights, H11. You will need a universal H11 adapter.
