Pvc Valve Hose Replacement (04 ls)

I have 2004 ls v6, i am trying to replace the pvc valve hose but i am having a hard time removing the hose off the rubber elbow part than bends then connects the hose into the actual pvc valve , which is located near the firewall almost, i have no idea how to take the hose off, anybody who has replaced this could u please tell me how you got the hose off to replace it?
